Why does this sound so familiar.. oh yea that right.. a cousin of mine went through an almost exactly similar situtation with Sheraton Hotel in Texas. She was the manager of the Hotel but even in such a high position she was still being discriminated against and chain management was trying to shove her out, BTW she's middle aged, female, and african american, so this pretty much gave her the upper hand when she sued them. Not sure of all the particulars of the case as I haven't spoken to her in a few years, but she had employee testimonials as well, and that will most definitely be a plus factor in your case, although, in order for you to actually walk away with some of their money you're gonna need a lot more eveidence. Find out if recording phone conversations is legal in your state, and try to get someone on the inside to get you something useable in court (YOU should have done this yourself before you quit). Other than that get yourself a damn good lawyer, not neccessarily someone good in the courtroom but someone who'll scare them into settling the case out of court (which would be in your best interest without physical evidence). Oh and good luck...
